I had loaded the AM/FM triangle quilt onto the machine a couple of days ago. But, I've been too scared to start quilting on it. I haven't been free-motion quilting in quite a while and I didn't want to mess it up. Plus, I didn't have a clear vision in my head of how I wanted to do it. So, there it sat.
Today, I decided to plunge ahead, vowing to pick it out if I didn't like it.
I am happy with what I did today. I'm even having fun.
Then I spent an hour working on my City Sampler Blocks. Here are three more, 21, 22, and 23.
P.S. today was my first real, official day of being retired. I am officially off the books. I am officially not employed anymore. New life begins now.
