SEAMQGBOM2024 IS A TOP

 I sewed together all of the blocks and extra blocks made for the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild's Block of the Month for 2024.  It is now a quilt top.  It took me most of today.

It is 64" by 80".  I made extra blocks to make it rectangular and bigger.

TUESDAY BLOCK 45

 Cheryl was back today to lead us in making the 45th block of her Quilters Playcation 2024.

It's a ladder - and mine looks like a ladder.

And, I got another month of blocks made for the SeaMQGBOM2024.

NOVEMBER EIGHTEENTH

 It's Darrell's birthday today.  I took him out to lunch at Easy Street Records in West Seattle.  We've never eaten there before today.  So, I took my sketchbook to record the event.

I spent the rest of the day in my studio catching up on some sewing.  I got another month's blocks of the SeaMQGBOM2024 made.

CATCHING UP ON BOM

 I haven't been doing the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild's Block of the month lately.  

I made the blocks that were released a few months ago today.

I needed practice making inset circles, so here they are:

They turned out so well, it made me think I should get back to work on the Dalek.

SEATTLE BOM BLOCKS FOR JULY

 I made the blocks for the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild's Block of the Month for 2024 today.

This month was about Half Rectangle Triangles (HRT).  There are three regular sized blocks and one double sized HRT.

NEXT BLOCKS FOR BOM

 I finally got around to making the next blocks in the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild's Block of the Month for 2024 - #SEAMQGBOM2024.  I was confused about the instructions at first.  I sent a question to the designer and she answered right away, but I've been busy with other stuff, I guess.

 I made this month's blocks for the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild's Block of the Month for 2024.

SECOND MONTH OF SEAMQGBOM

 I got the second month's blocks made for the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild's Block of the Month 2024 - SEAMQGBOM2024.  Lots of Flying Geese.

FIRST BLOCKS OF SEATTLE BOM

 Here are the first blocks I made for the SeaMQGBOM2024.  These are six separate 8" blocks.  They are made with ebond's Ravel fabrics.

NEW SEATTLE BOM

 The Seattle Modern Quilt Guild's Block of the Month (BOM) for this year was created by one of the members, @imfeelincrafty.  I'm going to use some of the ebond Ravel fabrics that I have.

Deciding between backgrounds, lemon or orange? 
I went with the lemon.
