We left the Atlanta area and started our trek north towards Nashville.
We passed out of Georgia into Tennessee. We stopped in Chattanooga and explored a little. Is there a Chattanooga Choo-Choo? We had to find out.
The Terminal Building, which was built circa 1906, was destined for destruction when in 1974 a group of business people in Chattanooga bought it and began restoration to turn it into a visitor center, hotel, restaurants and other businesses.
