PALINDROME DAY

Today is 8-18-18 or 81818.  In fact, all this week  and more, the dates are palindromes.  81018, 81118, 81218, 81318, 81418, 81518, 81618, 81718, 81918.  Yahoo!

My Journey block for today is a palindrome [a lot of quilt blocks are palindromes].  So, I thought I'd just mention it.

This block has a lot of half-square-triangles, too.  I make them over-sized and then trim them down to the correct size.
